§ 1 Scope

  1. These terms apply to all contracts for the use of We Do Bau between [Company name GmbH] (“We Do Bau”) and the customer.
  2. We Do Bau is offered only to businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
  3. Different terms of the customer apply only if We Do Bau agrees to them in writing.

§ 2 Contract

  1. The contract for the free plan is concluded when the customer creates a company in the app.

§ 3 Services

  1. We Do Bau provides an app in Telegram for time tracking, timesheets, material requests, tool tracking, tasks and job sites.
  2. Every plan includes all features. Plans differ by the number of people.
  3. Custom extensions in the Enterprise plan are agreed separately.

§ 4 Prices and payment

  1. The prices of the current price list apply, plus VAT. [check]

§ 5 Term and cancellation

  1. Monthly subscriptions run for one month, annual ones for one year, and renew for the same period.

§ 6 Customer obligations

  1. The customer invites only people who work for them and informs them about the processing of their data.

§ 8 Data protection

  1. We Do Bau processes the team’s data on behalf of the customer under the data processing agreement.

§ 9 Liability

  1. We Do Bau is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health.
  2. For slight negligence We Do Bau is liable only for essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. [placeholder text]

§ 10 Changes and final provisions

  1. We Do Bau announces changes to these terms by email at least [6 weeks] in advance.
