Why we make We Do Bau

Your crew already lives in Telegram. That is where the shift start photos go, the voice notes about cement and the arguments over hours at the end of the month. We did not want to make people install one more program. So we built the app where they already talk, and taught it to put the timesheet together by itself.

What we believe in

Five rules we use to decide what goes into the app and what does not.

  1. The crew stays in Telegram

    Every feature has to work for someone who installed nothing. A worker joins by an invite link and starts a shift a minute later.

  2. Trust without tracking

    A photo from the site confirms the shift, not GPS. Every correction stays in the history, so nobody has to argue about hours.

  3. The month closes itself

    What the crew logs during the day goes straight into the timesheet and reports. At month end all that is left is exporting a PDF or CSV.

  4. Everyone sees their own

    Workers see their hours, foremen their sites, the owner the whole company. The server checks access on every action.

  5. Start without a sales call

    No calls, no booked demos. One site and one worker free with no time limit, and the prices are open on the website.
