Payment questions
Who counts towards the plan?
Everyone in the company except the owner, in any role. A pending invite takes a place too, people who have left don’t count.
What happens when the team grows?
We Do Bau suggests looking at plans, the plan itself doesn’t change. Switching takes effect at once, and you only pay for the remaining days.
How do I move to a smaller plan?
From the start of the next period, as long as the company has no more people than the new limit. A period already paid isn’t refunded.
How much is a year?
The same as 11 months: the twelfth is free. For example, plan S costs €539 a year instead of €588. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing from the start of the next period.
Is there a trial?
Yes, 7 days on plans XS and S. You need to add a card, and can cancel any time before you’re charged.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your data isn’t deleted. The company moves to Free, everything beyond it becomes read‑only and opens again as soon as you pay.
Is the free plan really for good?
Yes, as long as the company is in use. If it isn’t used for 60 days, We Do Bau warns you in advance and offers to export your reports.
How do I pay for a plan?
Tap “See plans” in the app: you get an email with a link to every plan. Pick one and pay by card.
Can I run several companies?
Yes, each with its own plan and billing, and one can be free. You can work in one company and own another.
