FAQ
How many sites can I run in We Do Bau?
One site on the free plan. Paid plans, from €29 a month, have unlimited sites: the price depends only on the number of people, more on the pricing page.
How do I assign a worker to a site?
Open the site and tap “Assign worker”. Or send an invite link to the site: once the person joins, they’re assigned to it. We Do Bau tells the worker they’ve been assigned.
Can a worker start a shift on a site they’re not assigned to?
No. A shift can only start on a site the worker is assigned to. If the assignment is removed, no new shifts can start there, and the history stays.
What does the foreman see?
Only their own sites: who works there and who is on shift, shifts, tasks, assignments, requests, tool check‑outs, the site report and timesheet. They can invite workers to their sites. Only the owner creates and archives sites. How roles are split is on the construction companies page.
How do I plan who goes where tomorrow?
The owner or foreman creates a site assignment for the day. The worker gets a Telegram message and taps “Seen”, and the manager sees it. A person can only be sent to a site they’re assigned to. More on the tasks page.
What happens to the history when a site is archived?
All of it stays: shifts, requests, tool check‑outs and the site report. New shifts and assignments aren’t possible on an archived site.
Can I get a report for a site?
Yes. The site report comes as a PDF: who worked how much, tools and requests. The site timesheet comes as a PDF and as a CSV for Excel.
Do I need GPS to set up a site?
No. A site has a name and an address. The start and end of a shift there are confirmed with a photo, not location.
How much does We Do Bau cost for several sites?
One site and one worker free, for good. Several sites and more people from €29 a month, the price depends on the number of people, more on the pricing page.
